Proposal: Football Tournament The council will be organising a series of events in December which will see all profits go for Istrina: one of which is a Football Tournament. This idea saw a unanimous agreement by the council members. After talking to Mr. Bartolo in the secondary school it was agreed that the outdoor Football Pitch is available every Saturday from 12:00 – 16:00. We believe that the participation in this tournament will be high as many students are interested in the sport. The ideal date would be on the 15th of December. The activity has to be before the 26th of December in order to donate the money for Istrina and it would give ample time for the students to apply and form the teams to participate in the event. Teams will consist of a minimum of 7 players and a maximum of 10 members and each team will pay a total of 30 Euros per team. All the profits from the activity will be devoted to Istrina. Applications will be available as soon as the event is approved. We hope that the administration will give us the go ahead for the activity as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements for this charity event.
