Fifa 13 Tournament

PROPOSAL : FIFA 13 TOURNAMENT As mentioned before, the Council will be organizing a series of events in December , where all profits will be donated to the Community Chest Funds highly renowned event ; Istrina. The idea of creating this tournament originated after the council had received many different proposals from students for it to be held. All council members agreed unanimously.

After searching for prices and quotations, Mr J.Portanier, promised us that he could provide 2 LCD's and sound PA systems, at 25euro per set. Regarding the PlayStations, games and consoles, Manuel Abela, who is the Council Secretary found a shop (ZUNGA) in Zejtun who is willing to provide the PlayStations and consoles for the price of 15euros per set. As for the games, they can be provided by myself and Manuel. As a council we believe that many, who are interested in gaming, will take part in this tournament. The ideal date would be Friday 14th after-school.

Students should pay a fee of 3-5euros, where, depending on how many applicants join, will be sorted in groups of 4 people, which means that each player will have the minimum of 3 games, obviously depending on if that person qualifies for the next round.

Applications will be available as soon as the event is approved. Also after approving the event the council will be able to book the LCD's and the necessary appliances needed in order to organise the event.

We hope that the administration will give us the go ahead for the activity as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements for this charity event.
