7th September 2012 Wi-Fi Hotspots Proposal Way back in May the Council formed a proposal to the administration regarding the Wi-Fi service in our school. We were pleased that immediate action was taken and as agreed the speed of the service was temporary trebled. The council received positive feedback, taking into consideration the amount of criticism it received due to the poor service offered. I am in duty to remind that after a short informal meeting I had with Mrs. Vanessa Portanier Mifsud regarding this issue it was proposed that the best solution to fix this problem once and for all would be to make Wi-Fi available in hotspots. It was agreed that service in the classrooms is not needed for the students. The Council unanimously agreed with this solution and is proposing four sites these being: 1) 2) 3) 4)
The library Study Room Computer Lab Canteen
We believe that having a good quality service in all these four sites meets the basic and most fundamental requirements of the students.
