The majority of tours return with up to 12 trout.

While Sirocco South has wrapped up its mushroom foraging season, it’s now time to look forward to asparagus season. Forage with owner Mic for wild asparagus, bower spinach and more before he spoils you with a delicious six-course lunch, which includes your fresh finds. The spring-summer season kicks off on 23 September.

Say hello to a new culinary experience: the Epicurean Explorer. At The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart’s Clef d’Ors Concierge will curate a personalised food adventure for you. If you have a sweet tooth, the concierge will organise tastings with a master chocolatier. If brandy is more your bag, then a trip to a distillery to try a house-aged drop is in order.
