OVERVIEW The renowned RAK CERAMICS Project Engineering & Consultancy Division, ELECTRO RAK, was declared a separate entity in the year 2006 with the support of its parent company, RAK CERAMICS. This division has already executed numerous electro-mechanical projects on turnkey basis – from concept to commissioning – for RAKIA Industrial and Free Zone, Al Hamra Mall, Al Hamra Village, steel plants, power supply undertakings etc. ELECTRO RAK is at the threshold today, where it goes from being a small division of RAK Ceramics to an engineering solution to the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The company derives its strength and technical competence from an excellent workforce comprising of the region’s best technocrats and managers with proven track records; efficient, superior technology; sophisticated management information systems and all the key resources required to become the best partner for our valued clients. Today, the company has also started a panel building facility in technical collaboration with Schneider Electric, France and runs a Trading division to make available a cost effective and premium quality supply chain to its clients.

Tender & Estimation Department Duties here include preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities and project evaluation as per the Consultant’s design drawings and specifications.
Design & Drafting Department This department consists of innovative Engineers and skilled draughtsman capable of delivering concept designs, engineering designs, shop drawings and built drawings for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects. The personnel in this section possess the requisite skills needed to design electrical networks and distribution systems up to 33KV.
Planning & Quantity Surveying Department Duties in this division include preparation of take-off quantities and comparison of these quantities with the approved drawings for identification of any variation in quantity and dimensions. It provides accurate information on project schedules and constantly monitors activities in order to identify and eliminate the factors that could delay the project. Work notifications are checked here in this section ensuring error-free monthly payment certificates

Emirates Heavy Engineerig The company came into being in May of 2008 and is today synonymous with Electro-Mechanical, Civil and Infrastructural engineering projects.
