A b o u t A v a l o n C rea t io n s Avalon Creation Co., Ltd is a small scale company located in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand. It has been registered in 2001 to promote and market the creations of Alain Vachaudez, model maker. Avalon Creation presents an exclusive collection of lead free pewter figurines inspired by the world of Faeries. This Faerie Collection consists of more than 150 models: tiny figurines, larger ones and an expanding range of decor and tableware. A Faery Jewelry Collection, plated with silver or gold, has been launched in 2008 and will, as do the pewter figurines collection, expand every year. These two collections are available for medium or large scale distribution and form the core of Avalon Creation’s products. The Chiang Mai valley is a center for handicrafts, with a massive skilled workforce and well established factories exporting worldwide. Throughout the years, Avalon Creation has worked with many of them, and selected those that provide work according to our standards. Therefore, we can create custom items on request. As an addition to the design and casting work, we can include a wide variety of items to personalize creations designed especially on order, e.g. boxes, crystals, resins, enamels, textiles, leather, etc. We can create your own collection, based on a very specific demand or rough ideas. We provide a complete service, from model making to casting and additional finishing tasks. We can not take care of personalized packaging. Alain Vachaudez, is a model maker born in Belgium and settled in Thailand since 1985. He first enjoyed the pristine islands of the South for a few years before heading up North to find his “home”. Alain was born in the Belgian countryside. At the age of 18, he moves to Brussels to attend painting courses at the Academie des Beaux-Arts. Courses are attractive, but can’t beat the real focus of the 60’s: the cultural revolution and the quest for a better society with spiritual awareness. He then hits the road to explore Mediterranean, South American and oriental civilizations and gather information about their religions, cultures and crafts by settling long periods in selected areas. The higher drives of South American mountains will get him hooked for a while, followed by an extended period studying Egyptian culture, thus perfecting his acute sense of proportions as well as his understanding of symbolic designs. He then moves to the higher Himalayan plateaux and explores Indian, Muslim and Sufi cultures, keeping Heart and Mind open to the magic underlying all reality. Time goes unnoticed for the passionate one. Alain finds himself in the mid-eighties with a strong desire to settle down and materialize his creative visions. He heads to Thailand. After a brief return to painting, he starts practicing sculpture, focusing on the technique of lost wax. In more than 15 years carving wax and assembling various materials, he has created hundreds of figurines, patterns, decorware, bronzes and more. His Faeries Collection, containing more than 150 figurines, can be seen as a reflection of his esoteric and cultural quest. His skills allow him to carve intricate jewelry as well as more massive bronze items. Alain has carved for years to supply specific creations to high standard design and jewelry businesses in Chiang Mai, where he is reputed as a skilled and professional model maker with a wide creative field. He also creates items for customers outside Thailand. Nuan-Amnuaypon Kenbon - his companion and mother of their son Adam, is taking care of marketing and distribution in Thailand from her shop in Chiang-Mai Night-Bazaar.

A b o u t o u r faeries Faeries are the daughters of the Flora and Light. A wide range of ethereal, astral shapes, large and small, working together in an organized cooperation that can be called the Life side of Nature. A completely different evolution, parallel with and overlapping ours. Popular traditions has always recognized itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s existence and all over the world, where Hearts are Pure and Spirit revel in Innocence, stories of the Little People abound. They exist everywhere on the Planet, under different names, they live in forests and gardens, in the trees and flowers and can be encountered on the edges of wells, rivers and lakes. Their Essence is the very Essence of Nature. They are the final link in the evolution of Elves, both males and females are extremely beautiful. Most often naked, they borrow elements of the Flora and Fauna that surround them or dress up in the graceful robes and jewelry of Elfirie. Exquisite creatures, eternally young as time goes by, fluid and luminous, they are endowed with an immaculate charm and unspoiled Divine Grace. Under the guidance of their Queen, they cultivate and organize the Plant Kingdom and look after it. They protect the species and suggest Ideas for colors, fragrance and harmonious combinations of shapes. They dance, gather honey, make love, flutter, frolic and take care of all growing things. Peaceful creatures, they hate to see the wanton destruction of plants, but to please them, a person needs only to plant a flower or a tree. In the tranquility and harmony of parks and gardens, summer meadows and shady woodland, the Open Heart Being can catch hold of them, in a moment of True Mirage, when the mist clears before the eyes, allowing the discovery of the Realities of the Invisible. A luminous path is then revealed, leading to the green, virgin Faeryland, where a whole Enchanted People, humming and fluttering, becomes tangible. The most banal setting becomes transformed by the magical Presence of Faeries. They almost always appear to those who conjure them trough Intuition, an Open Heart and a Loving Spirit.In these days where violence is sanctified by all media and the inhumane transformations brought by the modern world are constantly aggressing us, Faeries are the Emissaries of a gentler side of Reality, of a parallel Dreamtime, where all orders of beings enjoy Life in Harmony. They are delicate manifestations of the Spirit of Nature, of the joy and happiness to which all Humans aspire. As they give fragrance to the flowers and dazzling colors to the petals, they can also come to the help of Humans, making their wishes come true and bringing them closer to the Love they seek. They remind us of the fragility of the Beauty that surrounds us, which we have the duty to protect, and all affectionate thoughts that link us to them is a message of Love to the Mother of us all!
