Butter Roasted Radishes Ingredients • • • •
1 bunch radishes 2 tablespoon butter 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions 1. Scrub the radishes with an abrasive plastic pad reserved for vegetables, followed by rinsing. Remove tops and leaves. 2. Cut the radishes into 1 inch (3 cm) chunks. 3. Spread the radishes out in a glass pan, or baking sheet lined with foil. 4. Drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Roast the radishes in an oven set to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30-35 minutes or until golden and tender. 6.
