A Shell Introduction to Partnership & Service
Your journey through Radley College is one of self-discovery and development. It is a time when you realise your own potential while learning how you can serve others within your community. As Shells, we want you to become aware of these possibilities and begin to develop the necessary skills to work with others. Through partnership and working in collaboration, you will become more aware of the differences within society, understand the power of working together, and become engaged in service. Through these shared experiences, partnership and service will become a meaningful part of who you are as an individual, both during your time at Radley and in your lives after school; becoming an agent for positive change.
We want you to be informed We want you to be inclusive We want you to collaborate We want you to act sustainably We want you to be reflective
Through partnership and working with others, you will learn how your actions can make a difference to your own life experiences and the opportunities of others. We have planned for many ways in which you can collaborate and serve alongside others. The list below gives some examples, although there are many others ways in which you can make a difference.

Our partnerships are developed through building relationships and recognising the enormous benefits from working together. We want all collaborations to have a clear impact, to be sustainable, and to be mutually beneficial.
We have planned our partnerships carefully around key aspects of Radley life, ensuring that you can be involved in some way, developing skills and understanding while considering ways you can provide support within your communities.
