Asurea has brick and mortar offices in over a dozen cities across the country (with more planned). Agents living in those areas have the benefit of support from their Local Office.

• Operate within the structure of their local office

• Work closely with other agents in their office

• Have direct access to their Sales Manager

• Have in-person mentorship and sales training

• Receive field Training

• Participate in online periodic sales training

Agents working Remotely

Asurea also has agents working remotely in areas where there is no local Asurea office. Agents living in those areas have the benefit of full support from Asurea's corporate office.

• Work independently, usually from home

• Have full access to our Corporate Sales Support Team and Sales Managers

• Receive comprehensive home office mentorship and training through webinars, scripts, videos, etc

• Have access to full marketing and back-end office support

• Have access to the Asurea.com website with carrier connections, forms, lead and sales tracking, and more
