The goal for this project is to design a cafeteria for Mc Daniel College. Along with a well-designed commercial kitchen that is efficient, safe and good for profitable food preparation .Prepared a detailed list and menu of all foods they plan to prepare in the commercial kitchen. Described in detail the method of food storage and preparation. Made a complete list (including detailed measurements) of all equipments they required for food preparation, refrigeration, display and storage. Made note of existing windows, doorways, electrical outlets, plumbing lines and floor drains. Then developed all plans and sent them out to contractors. That include, equipment, pluming, electric and building condition.
