Vegan Cakes without Compromising Its Taste A Cake is bread like food which is complimented with several flavored creams and syrup to give it a dessert form. It is basically a sweet baked dessert originated in western countries and used to be an important item of their parties. The purpose of egg is to help binding the other cake ingredients effectively in its preparation and is also instrumental in giving the cake its desired rise. It also softens the cake and adds required moisture to the cake that makes the cake so good to eat. However, that means not eggless sponge cakes are not good to eat after the exclusion of eggs is made. The mayonnaise used serves the purpose of eggs in cake baking in an impressive manner. Vegan cakes too can help people get a taste of what actually a normal cake would be like.
