RIA Meeting Rooms
RIA Members can enjoy discounted rates to book a meeting or event space in our offices at Kings Buildings, Smith Square.
Located in the heart of Westminster, the modern office space has a range of rooms available, whether you need a desk for casual 'hot-desking', or a smart meeting room or event space for more formal meetings. Our rooms are well suited to host: meetings; training; interviews; events and networking; off-sites; workshops; and presentations - to list just a few!

Meeting Room Rate Card (including
Terms & Conditions
We will request a list of all attendees at least 24 hours before the meeting starts;
The room must be hired to include meeting host arrival / departure times;
We advise to leave at least 30mins set-up time before the actual meeting starts;
Own laptops or tablets must be used to use the AV screens for video conference / presentations - N.B: your laptop requires an HDMI as well as USB port or connection;
Charges will still apply if the booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice (24 hours if room only/no catering);
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that you will be able to use your preferred room, we reserve the right to alter a specified reserved meeting room;
Meeting rooms can be booked up to 3 months in advance;
Payment instructions: You will be invoiced at the time of booking and payment will be required within 30 days.
Location & Contact Us
RIA's offices at the Kings Buildings are close to Westminster Underground Station (Jubilee, Circle & District lines) and Victoria Station (Circle and District lines and the Victoria line and Southern and Southeastern Trains).
There are a limited number of charged parking spaces around Smith Square. There is also a QPark carpark in Westminster.
