We will request a list of all attendees at least 24 hours before the meeting starts; The room must be hired to include meeting host arrival / departure times; We advise you to leave at least 30mins set-up time before the actual meeting starts; Own laptops or tablets must be used to use the AV screens for video conference / presentations - N.B: your laptop requires an HDMI as well as USB port or Cancellationconnection; charges apply. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that you will be able to use your preferred room, we reserve the right to alter a specified reserved meeting room; Meeting rooms can be booked up to 3 months in advance.

There are a limited number of charged parking spaces around Smith Square. There is also a QPark car park in Westminster.
