PROJECTS

“La Arquitectura es Arte Habitable”

Different examples of construction details drawings.

Measuring and redrawing of the existing electrical system for renewal of the office.

A small residential building project in which I had to draw the basic floor plans of the apartments, some details and the sections.

Sewage treatment plant project for the “Altos de Los Lagos” Project in Colon, Panama.

This are the boundaries and topographic plans that I draw for clients at the current company I am working for.

The company is a Real State company that builds urbanizations, sells plots, construct houses and makes boundaries and topographic plans for the clients. I work with the Engineering department manager as his assistant.

This project was to create a urbanization of town houses inside the project “Altos del María” at the outside of Panama city.

Before we made the blueprints of the urbanization we had to submit a modification to the existing EOT (Land Use Planning Study).

After the modification was approved we initiated with the approval process of the blueprints.

In this project I was in charge of the drawings, layouts and the submittals processes.

This was a thesis project which was a design of a social and cultural Center for the community. The project was born as a result of various necessities that the comunity needed to be fulfilled as well as to encourage a space of not only cultural and social interactions but also as an educational space for everyone.
