We have partnered with Metal Framerz, LLC. and now provide complete solutions in the form of materials and installation using a single company. While we choose to work with this company, you do not have to. We will gladly work with other companies you have a desire to work with.
Did you know? Did you know Augustine Group, LLC. has their own quality control program? We review all shop drawings for wall panels, floor systems, and structural steel. We leave nothing out! We require subcontractors to complete pre-qualification forms to make sure they are up to our standards. We also have them provide insurance and safety plans as part of the qualification process.

Pre-Construction / Estimating
In business development, we provide added resources to general contractors, so together we can provide design-build solutions.
We assess the schematic phase to determine alternative structural systems to use on your project and provide pricing on various structural systems. These include pre-fabricated load bearing CFS walls, floor systems, metal trusses, and structural steel, so that you can make an informed decision on which system to implement.

Construction Management
We work with the contractor staff, surveyors, subcontractors and vendors to facilitate completing the corresponding work scopes in accordance with the schedule and budget of your project. We review shop submittals for all Division 5 specifications and details.

Landmark Construction, LLC I have known and worked with Rakesh Patel for over 20 years in commercial construction.
