In a typical art museum, the exhibits are either placed on the deck of a platform of wall hung because of its small scale and flexibility of space, whereas in an Aviation museum the artifacts are mostly in large scale and requires a bigger room and also the roof work is mostly truss work because of its huge span and load bearing capacity. This difference of position the artifacts gives us a clear image on how the interaction works with the visitor and the exhibit. Aviation museums may display their aircraft only on the ground or fly some of them.
