FRAME XF+ Dopo quasi due anni di progettazione e severi test di qualità, nasce il telaio Brinke XF+, progettato per dare prestazioni al top. Le geometrie del carro posteriore sono studiate per rendere neutre le forze della pedalata e della frenata, ma allo stesso tempo garantire il massimo della prestazione dalla sospensione. Inoltre grazie al motore Shimano E8000, la lunghezza del carro posteriore è stata contenuta in soli 440mm, pari a quella di una bicicletta muscolare, facendo si che il mezzo risulti estremamente dinamico e prestazionale. Grazie alle sue geometrie, il telaio XF+ risulta molto agile anche per la distribuzione ribassata dei pesi. Il telaio XF+ è stato progettato per accogliere pneumatici 650b+ (27.5”x2.80” di serie) garantendo così il massimo del grip.

After almost two years of design and stringent quality tests, Brinke create the XF+ frame, designed to give top performance. The rear wheel geometry is designed to neutralize pedalling and braking forces, while at the same time ensuring maximum performance from suspension. Also thanks to the Shimano E8000 motor, the length of the rear chassis is only 440mm, which is equivalent to that of a muscular bicycle, making the vehicle extremely dynamic and performing. Thanks to its geometries, the XF+ frame is very agile also thanks to lowered weight distribution. XF + frame was designed to accommodate 650b + (27.5”x2.80”) tires, thus guaranteeing maximum grip.

Grazie alle sue geometrie, il telaio X1+ risulta molto agile anche per la distribuzione ribassata dei pesi. Il telaio X1+ è stato progettato per accogliere pneumatici 650b+ (27.5”x2.80” di serie) garantendo così il massimo del grip, ma anche del comfort in sterrato. Inoltre il perno passante sia su ruota anteriore che posteriore garantiscono una migliore rigidità del telaio.

Directly derived from the XF+ frame, the X1+ frame is designed to create the perfect front suspension MTB with the latest generation geometries that guarantee great sports performance. As for the XF+ frame, the length of the rear wagon is contained in only 440mm, equal to that of a muscular bike, making the vehicle extremely dynamic and performing. Thanks to its geometries, the X1+ frame is very agile also for the lowered weight distribution. It has been designed to accommodate 650b+ tires (27.5”x2.80” standard), guaranteeing maximum grip, but also comfort on dirt roads. In addition, the through-axle on both front and rear wheels guarantee better rigidity of the frame.

The new e-MTB control switch for intuitive operation has an ergonomic switch position especially developed for MTB. It shows many information like speed, current gear (if used on Di2), battery level, cadence, watt power issue, max speed and average speed, actual time and the drive unit operation through an useful tachometer that change its colors depending on the three assistances on use. In the Power Walk mode, motor assist is available while pushing the bike. You can wirelessly program it with your smartphone and tablet via E-tube.

CAMBIATA COMPLETAMENTE AUTOMATICA Nelle nostre e-bike della serie Di2 non dovrete più preoccuparvi del cambio, in quanto sarà il motore a selezionare il rapporto migliore per il percorso. Basandosi sulla cadenza e la velocità, il sistema SHIMANO STEPS indica automaticamente al mozzo Di2 quale rapporto selezionare. Quindi, mentre pedali, la centralina fa del brainstorming e decide di ridurre temporaneamente la tensione catena in modo che il mozzo possa passare al giusto rapporto. In parole semplici, ciò si traduce in un’esperienza di guida più fluida dato che non verserai nemmeno una goccia di sudore per decidere se stai pedalando con il rapporto giusto o meno. Ti accorgerai subito dei vantaggi della cambiata automatica se non sei un abile selezionatore di rapporti o quando dovrai fermarti bruscamente. Infatti, SHIMANO STEPS selezionerà automaticamente un rapporto inferiore quando ti fermerai al rosso, per esempio, e ti darà quello slancio extra per ripartire in tranquillità quando scatterà il verde.
FULLY AUTOMATIC SHIFTING Our Di2 series e-bikes are equipped with the internal gearhub Shimano Alfine or Nexus Di2. Based on cadence and speed, the SHIMANO STEPS system automatically tells the Di2 hub what gear to shift into. So while you pedal, the drive unit brainstorms and decides to temporarily reduce chain tension so the hub can change to the right gear. In plain English, that means a smoother riding experience because you won’t be breaking a sweat about whether you’re in the right gear or not. You’ll realise right away how great automatic shifting is if you’re not a comfortable shifter or when you need to come to an abrupt halt. In fact, SHIMANO STEPS will automatically shift down to a lower gear as you stop at traffic lights, for example, and give you that extra surge when the lights go green again for an easy start.
