Pratleys Celebrate 50th Wedding Anniversary Harry married the former Sharon Rocco on June 29, 1963 at Lakeview Baptist Church. He graduated from Lakeview High School and she graduated from Marshall High School. They both decided to attend Kellogg Community College where they met in an English class. After graduating they went on to get their four year degrees at Western Michigan University. For their first home, they remodeled the Hiscock one room school house. They built their current home on adjacent land and moved in one week before Christmas in 1976. Harry retired from Curtis Papers, Inc. after working in the paper industry for 38 years. Sharon retired from teaching where over 37 years she taught Home Economics in the Climax-Scotts, Bellevue and Pennfield school systems. Harry and Sharon have three children; Alinda (Chuck) Arnett of Climax, Mark (Cheryl) Pratley of Marshall and Kerry Keefer of Mattawan. They are blessed with four grandchildren with whom they enjoy attending their school activities, sports events taking them camping and just spending time with them.
