It is that time of year again for the annual Urbandale/Level Park Area Kiwanis organization will be handing out free bike helmet's at a later date. Sally Ball, an active member of the Homecoming Committee says, â&#x20AC;&#x153;This Homecoming & Parade. This will be our 27th year anniversary.
