Colour scheme Predominantly white

Perkins logo with strapline Placed in a primary position

Exhibition kit A suite of graphics is available, see next page

The Perkins logo with strapline must feature prominently, in Perkins Blue and Grey on white. Alternatively, a white on blue logo may be used (see page 7) if it is considered that, due to the stand design or location, more impact will be achieved. The colour scheme of the stand should be predominantly white, accented with Perkins Blue where required. The Distributor’s logo takes a secondary position, separated from the Perkins logo. The signage Distributor Descriptor (see page 18) is NOT used on exhibition stands.

Multi-franchise Distributors Where the Perkins logo with strapline appears with logos of other organisations, it should always have at least equal prominence, and be in Perkins Blue and Grey on white with clear space around it.

See section 01:The Basics for guidelines on using the Perkins logo

Help notes Stay focused! Exhibition visitors don’t read copy-heavy display material. Keep your messages focused and deliver them with efficiency and clarity. Consider the use of a strapline, such as ‘The heart of every great machine’. Man your stand with knowledgeable staff and provide up-to-date literature.

Exhibitions continued Where space is tight

Shown here is the approved design style for pop ups, banner stands, sail banners and vertical banners. All include the Distributor heart curve and the Perkins logo with strapline at top right.

Vertical banner

In specific exhibition environments the available width to display the logo can be limited, and to use a horizontal logo would have minimal impact. In these cases the use of a vertical logo is permissible. It should be orientated with the symbol at the top, as shown below and not include the strapline.

Typical usage: Vertical banners Narrow banner stands Outward facing ends of pop up display units

Note: a horizontal logo must also be shown on the front face of the unit Pop up NOTE: This solution is for very specific applications in the exhibition and display environments only. It is normally forbidden to use the logo vertically.
