101 tour - VISITING PATAGONIA 12-night program

DAY 1 - BUENOS AIRES Arrival to Ezeiza International Airport. Reception and transfer to hotel in Buenos Aires. 03 nights of accommodation with breakfast. DAY 2 - BUENOS AIRES In the morning, Tradicional City Tour visiting the best of Buenos Aires: La Boca, San Telmo, 9 de Julio Avenue and the Obelisk, Puerto Madero, Corrientes Avenue, Colón Theatre, Recoleta. OPTIONAL: at night, Dinner Tango Show including transfe rs DAY 3 - BUENOS AIRES In the morning, start excursion to a traditional "Estancia" or farm in the Pampas. This excursion called "Fiesta Gaucha" includes meals and activities. DAY 4 - BUENOS AIRES - PUERTO MADRYN After breakfast, transfer to J. Newbery Airport to take flight to Trelew. Arrival, reception and trasfer to hotel in Puerto Madryn. 03 nights of accommodation with breakfast. DAY 5 - PUERTO MADRYN After breakfast, start excursion to Peninsula Valdes (Sea Animal Reserve) to see a variety of sea animals: whales (only from june to december), sea wolves, penguins, orcas. DAY 6 - PUERTO MADRYN After breakfast, start excursion to Punta Tombo Penguin Reserve. Later, we visit Trelew and Gaiman (Welsh Colony). The visit to Punta Tombo only available from middle September to March/April. DAY 7 - PUERTO MADRYN - USHUAIA After breakfast, transfer to Trelew airport to take flight to Ushuaia. Arrival, reception and transfer to hotel in Ushuaia. 03 nights of accommodation with breakfast. DAY 8 - USHUAIA After breakfast, we start excursion to Tierra del Fuego National Park. This incredible park, offers a beautiful environment. We visit Bahía Lapataia (End of 3 National Route), Lago Roca, etc. Later, we return to Ushuaia to take a Beagle Channel Navigation. During this navigation we visit the Isla de los Lobos (Sea Wolves Island), the Isla de los Pájaros (Birds Island), and the Faro Les Eclareirs (Les Eclareirs Lighthouse). You can enjoy a beautiful view of Ushuaia City from the Beagle. DAY 9 - USHUAIA After breakfast, we start excursion to the north of Ushuaia to visit Lago Escondido (Escondido Lake) and later, Lago Fagnano (Fagnano Lake) in the middle of the island of Tierra del Fuego. DAY 10 - USHUAIA - EL CALAFATE After breakfast, transfer to Ushuaia Airport to take flight to El Calafate. Arrival, reception and transfer to hotel. 03 nights of accommodation with breakfast DAY 11 - EL CALAFATE After breakfast, we start excursion to visit the incredible Perito Moreno Glacier. We can enjoy the incredible experience of this collosus of ice, with enormous blocks of ice falling into the Argentino Lake, with a thonderous crash. And of course, visit San Telmo Fair on sundays for some interesting handycrafts. And do not forget to visit a Tango Show! Esquina Carlos Gardel is my favourite. We have great hotels in the city, let me suggest the Pestana Buenos Aires, good location, excellent services. Once in Puerto Madryn, you will enjoy one of the most incredible areas in South America to watch sea life. There are whales, penguins, dolphins, sea lions, sea elephants, orcas, birds... The hotel Territorio is great, boutique-style and excellent service. In Tierra del Fuego Island, the southernmost city in the world, you will find Ushuaia.. Beautyful city, in front of the Beagle Channel, great gastronomy, very natural places. Taste the Patagonic Lamb and also the Spider-Crab served in Tia Elvira Restaurant. For chocolates, go to Laguna Negra! If you want to spend some money in the hotel, the Cauquenes is great. But the Fueguino is also an excellent option in the city. El Calafate is the gate to the glaciers. The Perito Moreno Glacier is unique! If you`re healthy, take the minitrekking to walk over the ice of the glacier. Unfortettable experience! Do not forget to taste the lamb in La Tablita Restaurant. The hotel Esplendor de El Calafate is one of my favourites in the city. DAY 1 - BUENOS AIRES Arrival and transfer to hotel, 03 nights of accommodation with breakfast DAY 2 - BUENOS AIRES After breakfast, traditional city tour to visit the best of Buenos Aires. We include a lunch with excellent wines. Afternoon visit to Park Hyatt Cava, where you can enjoy a tasting of excellent wines and cheeses DAY 3 - BUENOS AIRES Free time. At night, we include a Dinner Tango Show in La Esquina Carlos Gardel, to enjoy good meal and the best music of Buenos Aires. DAY 4 - BUENOS AIRES - MENDOZA After breakfast, transfer to airport to take flight to Mendoza. After the first two visits, we will have lunch in a recognized winery, where we will enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience. This stately mansion has been turned into a museum,which exhibits an important sample of furniture and decorative object from half the 19th century. Return to Santa Cruz. In the afternoon, depart for a half day excursion to visit the Colchagua museum, one of the best of the country with a remarkable collection on history, anthropology, and natural sciences. What a wonderful tour. One of my favourites, because it`s a combination of two countries, two big cities, and wonderful sceneries in Patagonia. If you love cities, and also lakes and mountains, it`s your option! Note, we can run this program in reverse, so you can start in Santiago or Buenos Aires. In Santiago, you will find a great city. There are some interesting markets. I suggest to visit Graneros del Alba. You will find good handycrafts there. If you have some free time, a wine tour would be great. Chile makes excellent wines. Once in Patagonia, you will enjoy lakes and mountains in Puerto Varas. The Lakes Crossing is a wonderful experience. You will cross the Andes Chain... by lake! Great. In Bariloche, I suggest to have lunch or dinner in a restaurant called La Familia Weiss. Excellent local meals! and buy some chocolates in Mamuschka. Final portion is the Argentina`s Capital City. Didn`t you visit Buenos Aires yet? Well, our city will surprise you! Walk Recoleta Area and enjoy the architecture. It`s not Europe, but you will find part of this continent in our city. Take a breath to lunch or dinner in Puerto Madero and walk the area. And of course, visit San Telmo Fair on sundays for some interesting handycrafts. And do not forget to visit a Tango Show! Esquina Carlos Gardel is my favourite. We offer excellent hotels in each destination. Let me suggest Fundador Blue Tree in Santiago, Caba単as del Lago in Puerto Varas, Cacique Inacayal in Bariloche and Pestana in Buenos Aires. You will find great services for good prices. Excellent choice if you have 12 nights. It is one of my favourites, because it`s a combination of two countries, two big cities, and wonderful sceneries in Patagonia. If you love cities, and also mountains and glaciers, it`s your option! Note, we can run this program in reverse, so you can start in Santiago or Buenos Aires. In Santiago, you will find a great city. Crossing the border, you will arrive to El Calafate, gate to the glaciers. Perito Moreno Glacier is unique! if you`re healthy, take the minitrekking to walk over the ice of the glacier. Unforgettable experience! Taste the lamb in La Tablita Restaurant! Let me suggest the Esplendor de El Calafate. They offer an excellent service. Final portion is the Argentina`s Capital City. Didn`t you visit Buenos Aires yet? Well, our city will surprise you! Walk Recoleta Area and enjoy the architecture. It`s not Europe, but you will find part of this continent in our city. Take a breath to lunch or dinner in Puerto Madero and walk the area. And of course, visit San Telmo Fair on sundays for some interesting handycrafts. And do not forget to visit a Tango Show! Arrival and transfer to pier to embark in the Skorpios II Cruise. Embark from 6pm, includes accommodation in the same cabin confirmed for your cruise stay, welcome cocktail, full set menu dinner including wines, beverages and liquors; and american buffet breakfast. DAY 5 - PUERTO MONTT - SKORPIOS II CRUISE Saturday: 12:00 hrs. We sail from the Skorpios Terminal in Puerto Montt through the Llanquihue archipelago. Sighting of the city of Calbuco, Gulf of Ancud, Chiloé Archipelago, crossing the Corcovdado Gulf at midnight. DAY 6 - SKORPIOS II CRUISE - SAN RAFAEL GLACIER Sunday: 08:00 hrs. We sail the Moraleda and Ferrnoave Channels. Landing at Puerto Aguirre at 11:00 hrs. One and a half hours in this fishing village. 12:30 hrs. We sail through the Ferronave, Pilcomayo and Costa Channels. Setting anchor at approximately 21:30 hrs. in Caleta Hualas or Punta Leopardos, 20 miles from the San Rafael Glacier. DAY 7 - SKORPIOS II CRUISE - SAN RAFAEL GLACIER Monday : 07:30 hrs. We sail through the San Rafael inlet and Témpanos Channel. 09:00 hrs. We enter the Lagoon and let anchor 2 km from the Glacier. Weather permitting, motorboat excursion among multicoloured ice floes. 15:30 hrs. The ship sail to the Glacier at 15:39 hrs. and leaves for Quitralco Fjord at 17:00 hrs. DAY 8 - SKORPIOS II CRUISE - SAN RAFAEL GLACIER Tuesday: 08:00: Quitralco pier. After breakfast, the passengers can bathe in the hot springs in covered or open air pools with temperatures ranging from 36º, 32º and 30º. Weather permitting, we provide motorboat excursions to the inner Fjord. 18:00 hrs.: sailing for Chiloé, sailing the Moraleda and Pérez Norte channels. DAY 9 - SKORPIOS II CRUISE - SAN RAFAEL GLACIER Wednesday: 8:00 hrs. Leucayec Channel, partial view of Melinka in the Chonos archipelago; this island was a pirate hideout in the past. Crossing the Corcovado Gulf to go on sailing along the eastern coast of Chiloé, Yal Channel, Castro estuary, reaching this beautiful city as 15:00 hrs. Visit to Castro, 22:00 hrs. sailing for Puerto Montt. Lemuy, Dalclahue, Quicavi, Channels. Farewell party. Captain's dinner. Excellent combination. Santiago + Skorpios II Chonos Route to visit San Rafael Glacier. In Santiago, you will find a great city. There are some interesting markets. I suggest to visit Graneros del Alba. You will find good handycrafts there. If you have some free time, a wine tour would be great. Chile makes excellent wines. GENERAL CONDITIONS The following general conditions fully conform to Law 18829, Decree 2182/72, Resolution 404/72. RIPIO EVT OF IDEAS TURÍSTICAS S.R.L., Dossier No. 10687, located at Av. Raúl Scalabrini Ortiz 258 – 3rd Floor C, Buenos Aires, Argentina, hereinafter the company, hereby sets forth its general operation conditions for the provision of tourist services: 1. Knowledge of conditions set forth: when the passenger (as well as any person who has a reservation under the passenger’s name) sends his reservation and it is accepted by RIPIO EVT, it is understood that he agrees to and accepts all the conditions set out in this contract and certifies that the information supplied in the reservation card is complete and true The company, on accepting the reservation, agrees to fulfill its obligations as set forth herein. 2. Reservations: reservations received shall be confirmed once the passenger : A) Sends the reservation providing as much information as possible. We must be immediately informed of any changes in the information the passenger has furnished. The passenger can send the reservation by mail, e-mail, fax or through our web site. B) Pays a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the trip. Payment shall be made to our international account or by bank transfer to our accounts with national banks 3. Reservation confirmation: once A and B are completed so that the passenger’s reservation can be formalized, RIPIO EVT shall send the passenger via e-mail confirmation of his reservation. A week before the trip, we shall send the passenger by e-mail information on the hotel, contact telephone numbers, list of passengers and related data in a voucher service. 4. Payment of the balance due: the balance due must be necessarily paid for before undertaking the trip. The balance due be paid in cash. 5. Prices: all prices advertised in the company’s publications are quoted in US dollars and subject to changes without prior notice. Passengers shall pay the price quoted at the moment the reservation is accepted. Prices shall not be subject to changes only if the trip is paid in full (in cash) when the reservation is made. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to change the final price of the program without prior notice. Such changes shall arise from market fluctuations that may affect the cost structure. All price increases shall be paid for prior to the date of departure. 6. Reservation changes: if the passenger wishes to make changes in a reservation that has already been confirmed, he shall do so in writing. Passengers shall have to pay a penalty of U$S 50 per person when they make any such changes. 7. Reservation cancellation: cancellations shall be made in writing, without exception, and passengers shall be refunded the price of the trip after a deduction of cancellation charges. The cancellation date shall be the date RIPIO EVT. is dully notified by the passenger. The sum to be refunded to the passenger shall be paid by the company at the company’s premises within 30 days of the date notice was given of the cancellation. If cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to departure, 30% of the down payment made on the reservation shall be deducted to cover administrative expenses. If notice is received within 30 days prior to departure, the company shall retain the total down payment. 8. Changes made by the company prior to departure: the company may change itineraries, services, departure dates, etc. either in order to provide a better service, or because of acts of God or unforeseen circumstances. Unforeseen circumstances include: strikes, earthquakes, civil war, quarantine, revolutions, fires, adverse meteorological conditions, epidemics, bad road conditions o breakage’s, these being just illustrative. The company reserves the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances or because the minimum number of people required to participate in the program has not been reached. In such a case the passenger will be informed in writing and he may opt for:

a) Demanding that he be refunded the full price paid to us. b) Deciding on an alternative trip and pay an additional sum of money or get a refund, whatever the case may be, if there is a price difference. 9. Documentation: it is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain his visa to enter the country of destination. The company is not to be held responsible if the passenger is refused, for reasons inherent to him, an entry visa or if entrance to a given country is not allowed because he has failed to comply with essential requirements or because there is something wrong with his passport. Any expenses arising thereof shall be fully borne by the passenger. The conditions set forth for voluntary cancellation of the service shall apply. 10. Luggage: the luggage and personal effects shall be, at all times, the passenger’s responsibility and at his own risk. 11. Services included: the company binds itself to render during the trip those services that are included and detailed in the information furnished in each program. 12. Services not included: the company is not bound to pay for incidentals, beverages, phone calls, laundry, tips, food during transportation, tickets for recreational centers, parks and natural reserves, etc., nor for any other service that has not been dully specified in the program. 13. Unused services: the price of the program is quoted as a package, so no refund or compensation shall be given for non-use of certain services such as hotel stays, transportation, or any other service that is included in the trip and has not been used by the passenger. 14. The company acting as an “intermediary”: When the company acts as an intermediary between the passengers and transportation companies, hotels, medical coverage, restaurants, etc., and if any of them fails to provide services, it undertakes to take the necessary steps to assure successful completion of the trip such as hiring new service providers, withholding payments to those who failed to meet their obligations, etc. The company shall not be held responsible for services provided by third parties. 15. Health: Passengers must be in good health and physical condition. Passengers are responsible for having checkups and the company is not to be held responsible in case they have not been completed.. However, it is the passenger’s responsibility to bring along medicine that has been specifically prescribed to him. 16. Complaints: neither RIPIO EVT nor service providers shall accept a formal complaint unless it is made in writing within 15 days after the trip has ended. 17. Insurance: travel insurance is not included in the price of the program. RIPIO EVT strongly recommends passengers to get travel insurance. 18. Limitation of our obligations: our obligation in connection with any event or failure shall be limited to and shall not exceed the price of the trip. 19. Applicable law and jurisdiction: these conditions and the annexes attached hereto shall be exclusively governed by regulations in force. Any conflict shall be settled by the Ordinary Courts of the First Judicial District of Buenos Aires, and excludes any other court and/or jurisdiction, especially the Federal court and/or jurisdiction.
