Master Thesis: Limits and perspectives for the introduction of BIM in Algeria - KARA MOSTEFA Ramy

The implementation of BIM in the world is practically acquired. Indeed, many advantages related to the optimization of costs, time and quality whether in terms of design or execution phase, have been widely demonstrated. It is true that the introduction of digital technology in the building has become unavoidable for some time. However, the digital transition today requires a more efficient generalization and collaboration, we are even talking about a new integrated engineering. This master's degree invests the Algerian context's capacities and ability to integrate BIM. It begins by defining the BIM and giving an image of the implementation of the latter in the world to demonstrate the benefits of its introduction in Algeria, but also to identify and measure the constraints. To better understand these constraints, an inclusive survey that includes students and professionals has been conducted. Indeed, the human resource and its ability to integrate the necessary change in the field of project management and in any digital transition is fundamental.
