A) Urban Design Re-Design of Niederschรถneweide 2017
Niederschรถneweide is a formal
industrial area, located in Treptow-Kรถpenick district in Berlin on the river Spree. It was destroyed during the World War II and left uninhabited till now, however it is now the focus of urban development in the southeast of Berlin. The re-design of the area aims at creating a new lively residential neighborhood to meet the increasing demand of housing units in the German real-estate market, furthermore it tries to re-connect the people with the river Spree. The main idea of the project, is to create an extension for the already existing urban fabric so the project looks harmonious with its surroundings.

A) Urban Design Re-development of the phosphate site at Qusier - 2017 The post-fossil site that lies directly on the waterfront of Qusier, was once an integrated livable community of its own and a catalyst for teh development of the whole city but now it is suffering from ignorance. Our vision is to make Qusier more self-reliant depending on local resources available in the phosphate site, either they are natural (SeaSun-Desert) or man-made (Existing buildings and structures - Infrastructre) through one big project that deploys an integrated eco-friendly system for production of freshwater, energy, biomass and food to help the city reach satisfaction levels in 2030, what’s more, it employs the beautiful nature of Qusier and historic monuments in creating a nucleus for eco-tourism along the Red sea.

B) Architecture The Folded Pavilion at Zayed City - 2014 Folded structures have been used
widely during the last few years that a new notion ‘Folded Architecture, appeared which is simply defined as “Origamic architecture that involves the three-dimensional reproduction of architecture, geometric patterns, everyday objects, or other images, on various scales, using cut-out and folded paper, usually thin paperboard.” This design is a proposal for temporary art pavilion inside garden of the campus of faculty of engineering at Shiekh Zayed City. The design is simple, flexible and can be set anywhere inside the campus, furthermore it can accomodate different events and activities.

B) Urban Design El-Zohor Island at Sohag - 2015 The island has an area of 15 Fed-
dans (63,000 m2) with a magnificient nature in the middle of the river Nile. It is surrounded by important destinations like Sohag Museum -Hotels & clubs in addition to the touristic and archaeological areas that exist on the island itself. There is a ferry connecting the island with the city from one side, other than that the island is totally isolated and lacks a lot of basic services. The re-design aims at making the island a vivid and livable place by providing basic infrastructure and services as well as new housing units to meet the increasing needs of housing in Sohag with multi-varities.

D) Competitions New Science City At 6th of October City - 2016 “Science has no end How to commu-
nicate this fact to the users? They need to believe in the importance of science as a system of life. The idea is expressed through the use of open layers of longitudinal slabs as platforms accomodating different endless functions and indoor architecture solutions which give the project strong connectivity between buildings, unity, and flexibility for future extension whether vertically or even horizontal extensions. Furthermore, the linearity gives easy and flexible way for infrastructure solutions. The rectangular regular shapes of buildings are seen as dynamic elements since they evolve around the central core which is the science park.

D) Workshops El-Gomhorya Street An Edge or a Connector? - 2016 An edge or a connector? a question
that has always been raised about El-Gomhorya street but the practices of eveyday life has proved that its a connector not only for people but history, identity, architecture, culture, power, economy and more. The main idea of revitalizing the street is to deal with it as a continuous longitudinal open space (from Ramsis square to Abdeen square) that tells the different users stories about its history making use of the unique urban pockets and the magnificient and various architectural styles that exist along it to enrich the socio-spatial experience of the users.
