QUICK FACTS

Four Creeks Sporting Ranch offers a tremendous diversity of habitat and topography. The 2006 Derby Fire burned a large portion of the property, and as a result, natural vegetation has regenerated with abundant grass and fresh flora. The lower riparian area consists of hay meadows, shrubs, cottonwood, aspen, and over 9± miles of live water.

Climbing from the valley floor, native grass, shrub covered hills, and timbered areas of pine, fir, and juniper trees provide an ideal home for wildlife. Adjoining the private acreage of the Four Creeks Sporting Ranch is over 1,000± acres of BLM land and millions of acres of Gallatin National Forest.

The ranch has a primitive cabin along Bridger Creek’s banks. No other improvements exist on the property.
