Directions: From Nashville, take I-65N towards Louisville,KY. Take exit #117 and turn right (East). Go approximately 1.8 miles and turn right on New Deal Potts Road. Go about 1.5 miles and turn left on Riggs Road. Follow Riggs Rd., about 1.5 miles until it dead ends into North Happy Hollow Road. You will be in front of the sale facility. Signs will be up. From Kentucky on I-65, it will be the first exit in Tennessee. Air Travel: Tennessee (BNA) airport is located approximately 45 minutes from the farm. Terms: Terms of the sale are cash. Payment to be made to the clerk immediately following the sale and before cattle are removed. Purchasers or their representative must sign the bill of sale prior to leaving the sale site. Billed Accounts: All billed accounts are due and expected within 10 days of the sale date. Insurance: Will be available for your purchase at the sale. Health: Each animal will be represented by a state approved health certificate for interstate shipment. Buyers should make themselves aware of the health requirements for their respective states. Breeding Guarantee: All cattle sell under the Suggested Breeding Guarantee recommended by the American Shorthorn Association (ASA). Sired by our calving ease son of New Design 5050 that is out of an up and coming young donor at Deer Valley. S185 is a nice size, adequate muscling, smooth front end and should be an outstanding cow. Open. When our good friend Wayne Temple called us and said he found a THF daughter of Mattis 31P and that she needed to be in TN, then we knew she had to be a good one. We were sure glad to partner up with him. Then to make things even better, she had this outstanding heifer in March. She has an interesting blend of Canadian and US genetics.
