Ingredients: Five large swiss chard leaves - shredded with the stems removed ¼ yellow onion - sliced 2 small Portobella mushrooms - sliced 1 tsp olive oil 1/8 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes 1 tablespoons of butter 1 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoons of shredded parmesan cheese
