MBJ Black Brangus is “the home of the VCC Maternal Queens”. We are building our Black Brangus program so that it will not only impact the breeding programs of our clients but will also impact the entire bree d with new genetic lines.

Miss MBJ Kara 2K2 offers a top percentile EPD profile for growth and carcass traits. From the top cut of our Performance herd, she is a clean, feminine, long-bodied daughter of the stout VCC Crossfire 561H8. He is sired by one of the most recognized bulls of the breed BWCC Cross Fit 541B28 and out of the donor OKF Ms Slick 561F2, a daughter of BWCC Slick 7B one of the most impactful UB1 bulls.

The dam of Kara 2K2 is MS VCC Lady Ranger 2F14. This female combines the highly productive genetics of 99W11 with the respected functionality of the 2 family that goes back six generations to Cadence of Brinks 535D3. 2K2 is female which will give you maternal power and perfect udder development. The grandsire of Kara 2K2, Ranger 99W11, is a son of Hannibal of Brinks 784T6 and 101 Ms Tracker 99S2. He possesses a tremendous blend of power and growth from Hannibal with that eye appeal from Tracker and the former show champion Ms 38 Center Ranch 99/M1. Ranger is known to be a cow maker with the maternal stalwarts 784N9, 30L18, 541H2, 99/M1 and 99/K1 stacked throughout his pedigree. With six traits in the top half of the breed average, Ranger offers a genetic balance among the greatest breeding bulls.

Here is a selected individual from our Elite herd that has tremendous phenotype and is backed by generations of great proven cows that have stood the test of time! Janet 222J is a long-sided, good traveling daughter of VCC Kent 361G3 that inherited the style of his renowned sire MC Value Added 889E4 and his dam that goes back to LTD and New Concept.

The dam of Janet 222J is MS VCC Lady Unique 222C is an MC Hoss 99T daughter. Hoss 99T hails from the tremendous and legendary Center Ranch Brangus genetics program. The maternal side of this pedigree has the tradition of quality of Rowdy of Brinks 535P59 which was a Blackhawk of Brinks 607M12 son.

Each embryo lot is offered as a package of three (3) embryos with a guarantee of one (1) pregnancy. The high and winning bidder will have the opportunity and option to double their purchase and buy an additional package of three (3) embryos for a total of six (6) embryos and a guarantee of two (2) pregnancies. The transfers must be performed and documented by a licensed embryologist. Proof of pregnancy must be performed and documented by a licensed embryologist or licensed veterinarian. Buyer has one (1) year until the 2024 Red Carpet Sale to request embryo replacement.

Each flush lot offered is a guarantee of 8 embryos up to a maximum of 12 embryos with unsexed semen. Flush, semen, and shipping expenses for up to 12 embryos are the responsibility of the buyer. After 12 embryos the cost of producing and the ownership of embryos will be the responsibility and property of the seller.
