This year we utilized a few more outside genetics than normal searching for that perfect outcross. I don’t know if we found the “perfect” one but we found some that are real close! This year’s offering has a little bit of everything. From calving ease to growth you are bound to find one to fit your operation.

As a new feature to the auction, we are going to auction off a fat steer with 100% of the proceeds going to an Ag college program. It is insanely difficult to set up a private scholarship, so this is the route we have chosen to honor our friend. The detail of this lot is at the end of the catalog, don’t forget to check it out.

Why do we DNA test all the bulls? We utilize this technology to verify parentage and enhance the EPD’s. Genomic enhanced EPD’s are the equivalent of having 25 progeny reported for each individual sire thus increasing the accuracy of the numbers.
