NEW ACCOUNTS – You may wish to prepay your first order to expedite shipment. MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express payments are accepted.

PAYMENT TERMS – Net 30 Days F.O.B. Pipersville, PA. To establish credit, you must use the R&M Credit Application.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS – Effective January 1, 2023, a 3% credit card surcharge will be added to wholesale orders. To avoid this fee, customers are invited to apply for NET 30-day terms. Please request an application from our sales team and select to pay by check or ACH to take advantage of payment terms. Customers in CT and MA are exempt from this fee. If paying by debit card, please contact the office for card validation and this fee will be waived on your account.

ORDERING – Our minimum order amount is $100.00 – orders for less than $100.00 MAY be accepted, subject to a “below minimum” service fee. Please send all orders to orders@morethanbaking.com

BACKORDERS – Backorders for less than $100.00 will automatically be cancelled. Backorders valued at $100+ will remain open for 120 days and goods will automatically ship once per month based on inventory availability. If you do not accept backorders, you must specify this on your purchase order. Backorders fulfilled, including the shipping charges, will be billed to your account with the same terms as your original order. Once your backorder expires you may request in writing to reopen your backorder for an additional 120 day period.

ORDER MULTIPLES – All items must be ordered in the order multiples specified on our price list. Any items ordered that do not meet this requirement will be automatically adjusted to the next order multiple or inner case pack quantity, which ever is less.

SHIPPING – All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse by best way, generally UPS or Fed Ex Ground. Normally, freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. We have the ability to charge your UPS or FedEx account if you provide us the information.
