Electrical Systems Technology Wiring [C35130HS]

In a world where we are surrounded by electronic devices and rely on electricity in almost every aspect of life, it is important to have trained individuals who know how electrical systems work. In our Electrical Systems Technology Program, you will learn what it takes to install and maintain the electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Course work in this program is mostly hands-on and includes such topics as AC/DC theory, basic wiring practices, programmable logic controllers, industrial motor controls, applications of the National Electric Code and other subjects as local needs require. When you’ve finished the program, you will qualify for a variety of jobs in the electrical field, performing or assisting in the layout, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
