Terms and Conditions Please read carefully before booking These terms and conditions are additional to the full terms and conditions contained in South East Asia 2014/2015 brochure. All bookings are subject to Scenic Tours full terms and conditions. This flyer is supplementary to the full brochure. Please note tours may not operate in all months and are subject to availability. Prices are land only and are based on per person twin share in AUD. 1. Pre Release Information 1.1 Book Now for Guaranteed Best Offer (a) Price for 2014 will be held for 2015 travel on South East Asia tours operated by Scenic Tours and limited to the tours as detailed in this brochure. 1.2 (a) Any third party fuel surcharges and rates such as but not limited to flights are subject to applicable fares and conditions for travel in the chosen period. These are not guaranteed to be held at 2014 prices. (b) A non refundable booking deposit of $1000 per person per tour must be paid within 7 days of making a booking. A second non-refundable deposit of $1000 per person must be paid by 30 September 2014, or the date specified in your booking advice (which is when flights are open to booking); whichever date occurs first. The booking will be cancelled if either deposit is not received by the due date. (c) If the Itinerary duration is amended and additional nights are included in a tour the additional cost will be surcharged. (d) Pre Release offers are strictly limited and are available until sold out or withdrawn. (e) Price Guarantee is based on currency exchange rates as at 10 June, 2014. Any fluctuations beyond this will be reviewed and we reserve the right to surcharge accordingly. 2. Pre-Release Offers 2.1 Offers cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated and may be withdrawn at any time. *Fly Free including taxes Fly Free including taxes offer is available on selected departures as detailed in this publication. Flights must be booked by Scenic Tours to receive Fly Free offer. Save up to value of $2590 per couple is based on flights with Singapore Airlines based in economy Q class. Flights are subject to availability of appropriate airline class and once sold out surcharges will apply. Should specified airline not be available for any reason Scenic Tours reserves the right to substitute another airline. Flight price includes taxes of up to $580 pp, if taxes change a surcharge will apply. 2.2 Taxes Taxes are defined as all airline and government taxes and surcharges. Taxes are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of flight reservation. 2.3 Flight Reservations and Ticketing Dependant on departure date and time of booking the required booking class for airfare offer may be too far in advance to book with the appropriate airline. If the required booking class is unavailable air surcharges will apply. The flight quote including air taxes and surcharges will be confirmed once all air sectors are booked and confirmed. All flight offers are based on departure cities of Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Scenic Tours reserve the right to ticket the airfare at our discretion upon receipt of full deposit. Airline taxes are finalised at time of ticketing, should they increase from time of reservation a surcharge will apply. Once issued air tickets are subject to amendment and cancellation fees as established by applicable airline.

3. Tour Price 3.1 What’s included in the Tour Price? Where indicated in Your Itinerary, Your Tour Price includes (a) all coach and cruise travel; (b) services of a Cruise Director (if applicable) and/or Tour Director; (c) airport transfers outside Australia; (d) specified meals; (e) accommodation; (f) seasonal discounts (where applicable); (g) sightseeing and admissions where stated; (h) GST (where applicable); (i) port charges; (j) porterage and (k) all gratuities and tipping on land tours and cruises. 3.2 What’s not included in the Tour Price? (a) Unless expressly listed in Your Itinerary, costs will not be included in the Tour Price. In particular, the following costs are not included in the Tour Price: (a) airfares (unless specified in Your Itinerary); (b) airline taxes (unless specified in Your Itinerary); (c) shore excursions on ocean cruises; (d) additional optional activities (e) accommodation upgrades; (f) meals not specified in Your Itinerary; (g) drinks; (h) laundry; (i) passport fees; (j) visas; (k) vaccinations; (l) government taxes and charges (excluding GST); (m) all other airport transfers and (n) items of a personal nature. (o) Overnight accommodation required to meet Your Tour and any flight connections are not included in the Tour Price and will be at Your expense. 3.3 Erroneous Pricing We reserve the right not to honour any published prices that We determine were erroneous due to printing, electronic, or clerical error. 3.4 How do You pay? Final Payment (a) You must pay the balance of the Tour Price to Us no later than 91 days before the Tour Departure Date. (b) All Tour Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Payments to Travel Agents (c) If You have booked through a travel agent, Your travel agent should forward Your Booking Deposit or Tour Price to Us on Your behalf. However, payments by You to Your travel agent are not considered to be payments by You to Us. We will consider payment has been received by Us from You when We receive payment from Your travel agent. Credit card surcharge (d) If You pay Us by credit card, the following surcharges will be added to Your Tour Price: Credit card Surcharge on Deposit Surcharge on Tour Price or Fees Visa 0% 1% Mastercard 0% 1% American Express 3% 3% 4. Fees Variation Fee (a) If You vary Your booking, other than by varying the Tour Departure Date or Tour Code, You must pay a variation fee of $50.00 per person. This fee is on account of administrative expenses incurred by Us in varying Your Tour and is a genuine and reasonable estimate of Our expenses. (b) Third party operators may charge their own variation fees for booking changes. If we incur any third party variation fees on Your behalf You must reimburse Us. (c) We may accept or reject Your request for variation at Our absolute discretion. Cancellation Fee (d) Any cancellation of the Tour by You prior to Your Tour Departure Date (including any changes to Your Tour Departure Date, Tour Code or name change) will result in the following cancellation fees: Days of notice prior to Cancellation charge Tour commencement (per person) 91 days and over Loss of deposit 90 to 66 days 50% of Tour Price 65 days or less 100% of Tour Price
