Warehouse Projects (Herdman A+D) CA & NV
Scope of Projects: Concrete tilt-up warehouses with one or multiple office tanent improvement corner(s). Designed to be appeal to set apart from the normal industural buildings. Providing potential for interior renovation and repurpose. Tasks and Roles: Project management for multile projects simultaneously since joining Herdman A+D in November 2022. Coordinated the project team including in-house and consultants. Kept client informed of the progress of the work. Reviewed schedule and budget of projects. 04
Rendering Projects (Exploring New Tools) ChatGPT & Midjourney, and other AI platforms
Scope of Projects: Various rendering projects, for personal projects and websites. Tasks and Roles: Ryan is always interested in the technology impact to the industry. Exploring how AI platforms can benifit architects and designers for schemes and idea generations. 05
Houston Methodist Hospital - Centennial Tower (Page) Houston - TX
Street View from Bertner Ave. Scope of Project: A 26-story, over 1+ million, $1+ billion budget hospital, located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center, surrounded by multiple existing hospitals. Street View from Moursund St. Tasks and Roles: Took on the responsibility of designing an entire level of the hospital (L16), as well as laboratories Stats and Blood on L3 and various functional spaces (pharmacy on L1, L4, and L16, morgue on B1, and cycology on L11) throughout the building. 06
All trades of this project modeled in Revit. Everything was linked through Autodesk Revit Server. The entire design team with in EYP has more than thirty staffs focusing on the delivery of the project.
Houston Methodist Hospital - Centennial Tower (Page) Houston - TX
Street View at Emergency Department During the project Ryan engaged directly with key steak holders, and end users. Coordinated drawings between different engineers. Worked directly with EYP’s (now Page’s) VPs, directors, and senior associates. Was recuited for the project due to numerious previous experiences with USC and Caltech laboratories.

Schematic design to construction documentation for San Francisco. Tasks and Roles: Project design and document management from schematic design until the end of permitting process for all three projects. Project management for San Franciso during construction administration. Answered RFIs, reviewed shop drawings, and did multiple site visits. 08
