COMPETITOR REGISTRATION (Race Pack Collection) 1:00pm – 8:00pm, Friday 4th December in the event centre Registration will be conducted in a modified format so we do not exceed group gathering limits of 50 people together: • Competitors must attend registration during the specific time period relevant to them, as outlined below. • 100km and 50km Solo runners - you can bring up to 5 people with you to registration (so a max of 6 people per entry) • Team runners - all team members can attend plus 1 extra person per team runner (so a max of 8 people) • All on the day entries and team / entry changes to be completed on competitors own mobile device. 100km solo: 1:00pm – 2:00pm Friday 50km solo: 2:00pm – 3:00pm Friday 100km teams: 3:00pm – 4:00pm Friday
5:00pm – 6:00pm Friday 6:00pm – 7:00pm Friday 7:00pm – 8:00pm Friday
9:00am - 12:00pm Saturday
What you’ll receive at Registration: • Race number plate • 100km and 50km solos: you will receive 2 number plates, the big one goes on your front and the small one on your backpack facing backwards • Teams: there is a unique number plate for each team member based on the leg you are doing. EG: plate #234-1 is for the team runner doing leg 1, #234-4 is for the team member doing leg 4. • Timing chip on a velcro strap • Timing chip must be attached to your ankle for the duration of the event. • There is ONE timing chip per relay team – it is your relay “baton” to be swapped over to your new runner within the designated checkpoint area. • Custom Steigen socks • La Sportiva sunglasses for solo 100km and 50km runners • A shirt from a previous years event (sadly we did not have sufficient time to get 2020 event shirts printed due to COVID) • Bag tags for Check Points • Any pre-ordered items (eg, Merchandise or First aid kids)
