SERVICE From day one each client is appointed their own account manager. This means when you deal with us, your dealing with the same person that understands your needs each and every time.
PRICING Our costing structure is very competitive because we have all these services under one roof. Many suppliers say they can do it all; but this is when some services maybe sub-contracted. By them doing this it means you’re paying for multiple mark ups. Not only does this cost you more money but total job control is lost. Press Eleven retains total control of work thus giving the ability to deliver on time.
QUALITY We pride ourselves on providing a quality service. This is controlled by way of a multi-stage checking system that each item of manufacture must pass. If not, it is deemed inadaquate for distribution and destroyed at this point.
DELIVERY We understand the pressures of today and do our best to accomodate your needs. Once final approval is given, turn around times can be as little as 24hrs depending on the extent of work. The manufacturing department has the capacity to be increased to 24/7 when needed.
