Here are a few tips and tricks to calm yourself down when feeling anxious: - Breathing techniques: focusing on taking deep breaths is incredibly important when easing oneself - Being grateful: remembering all the things you are grateful for (such as your body working) helps combat fear


- Practicing yoga or mindfulness: reconnecting with your body through a variety of yoga poses is never a bad shout when dealing with stress or anxiety -Listening to your favorite songs: the power music holds to make us feel safe and calm is incredible - give it a try!
