The Solution Group Corp (TSG) is a family of companies that combines over 35 years experience in real estate development, sales, and property management. TSG evaluates new investment strategies to optimize returns within current market conditions. TSG designs, builds and markets successful projects. TSG has established and manages national and international broker networks; and professionally manages commercial, residential and resort projects. The Solution Group Corp is a vertically integrated organization which, additionaly has developed and successfully implemented a Distressed Assets Program to maximize return on investment in real estate, particulary in local South Florida market after the real estate boom.

Camilo Lopez Managing Director

Camilo Lopez is founder and President of The Solution Group (TSG),a multi million real estate firm specializing in middle and low market products. Camilo has worked for many years inside the Miami Real Estate business. Since his first years as marketing director with Miami Brokers, Ltda. in Bogota, Camilo has been actively involved in South Florida’s real estate sales and development. Currently, Camilo is active as principal in several development projects in South Florida and the Gold Coast. Since its inception in early 2005, The Solution Group has amassed a portfolio of over $60 million in distressed properties. The Solution Group, in conjunction with its affiliate TSG Realty, the premier Distressed Assets wholesaler in South Florida, is a vertically integrated organization based in Miami, founded by a group of real estate and investments young professionals with 50 years combined experience in construction, real estate development and sales. TSG has successfully developed and implemented a Distressed Assets Program for the post-boom, corrected local South Florida real estate market. TSG’s system is a revolutionary tool for buyers and investors who seek to maximize their investment in the new price-adjusted environment. TSG’s projected portfolio for 2014 is $120 million. Camilo is a licensed real estate salesperson with singular experience in international and domestic real estate development. Harvey Hernandez Managing Director

Harvey Hernandez is co-founder of The Solution Group (TSG), a multi million real estate firm specializing in middle-market single, family products. He was also founder and CEO of H&H Development Co., a $550 million multifamily development firm, specializing in middle-market products. Since its inception in early 2008, The Solution Group has amassed a portfolio of over $60 million in distressed properties. Since its inception, in 2001, H&H amassed a portfolio of approximately 3.5 million square feet of development in various stages of planning, construction and completion. Another couple of hundred units are scheduled to come on board this year. Hernandez has been active in South Florida’s real estate scene for nearly two decades before formally establishing a development company. As a hands-on investor, he acquired insight into the local market, ultimately designing a formula to market, build and deliver condominiums ahead of schedule and under budget. This is by virtue of the fact that Hernandez has the capital to finance his own projects, affording him the rare opportunity to begin construction at his discretion. This successful business model has been especially critical in a current climate of rising construction costs. Where other developers have had to either sacrifice quality or shift their focus to the high-end market, H&H Development Co., has been able to adhere to its founding philosophy: to develop luxury homes in centrally located areas for a niche, under-served market. The companies formed an alliance to develop City Palms, a 288-unit mixed-use condominium project located in downtown West Palm Beach.
