The Junior Membership is for individuals ages 22-42. Q. WHAT IS RAVENNA? A. Ravenna is a charming custom home village in Littleton, Colorado, nestled among the rolling hills and red rock outcroppings of the Dakota Hogback, Waterton Canyon, the South Platte River, and a world-class golf course. Here, you can buy or build the custom home you’ve always wanted, while enjoying all the amenities of a well-established and approachable community. Ravenna feels like a retreat, but is minutes from life’s daily conveniences, entertainment experiences and outdoor adventures.
Q. WHO IS RAVENNA’S GOLF COURSE ARCHITECT? A. Jay Morrish, voted Architect of the Year by Golf World Magazine in 1996 (and a Colorado native), chose Ravenna to be his final golf course design. His projects included the Boulders Golf Club, Forest Highlands, TPC of Scottsdale, Troon North-Monument Course in Arizona, Castle Pines Golf Club, River Valley Ranch, and Las Colinas Sports Club in Texas. He had two private courses in 2007’s Golf Digest Top 100 private club designs: Double Eagle in Ohio and Loch Lomond in Scotland.
Q. WHERE IS RAVENNA LOCATED? A. Ravenna is situated in southwest metropolitan Denver, just south of Chatfield Reservoir and near Waterton Canyon. Pike National Forest is immediately west of the community. Ravenna is just under 30 minutes from downtown Denver and Cherry Creek North, 15 minutes from Park Meadows Mall, and less than 20 minutes from the Denver Tech Center.

Q. WHAT FACILITIES DOES THE CLUB OFFER? A. The facilities at The Club at Ravenna include: An eighteen-hole golf course designed by Jay Morrish. Golf practice facilities including a practice range, putting green, and chipping area. La Bella Vita, a 11,000-sq. ft. fitness facility and swimming pool. A clubhouse campus, which include dining facilities, golf shop, and men’s and women’s locker room facilities.

Q. H OW IS THE MEMBERSHIP DEPOSIT PAYABLE?

A. T he required membership fee will be the amount charged on the date the applicant submits his/her Membership Agreement to the Club. The membership fee shall be due in full unless the applicant chooses a payment plan provided in a member’s Membership Agreement. The membership fee required by the Club shall change from time to time, and therefore, the membership fee required for a membership in the future may be increased as determined by the Club.

Q. H OW ARE DUES ESTABLISHED? A. T he Club shall establish dues to be paid monthly by each member and Corporate designee at The Club at Ravenna. In order to add and properly maintain quality in club facilities and services, dues and other fees will be based on member demand, market conditions and other pertinent factors. Dues are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Club.
