Location Current Situation
Visitors of Makkah can simply note the unplanned areas that spread out throughout the holy city and the urgent need for an urgent treatment. The government has approved Regulation of Slums Areas Developments. Al-Otaibia area is considered with a high priority in development, because it's in close location to the Holy Mosque and its low level of urban organization. This slums areas near the Holy Mosque will be transferred to a multi used urban planned on a global level. This contribution will improve the urban fabric of Makkah. SECOND PHASE We will develop the surrounding area of the main road as a second phase, by developing an oath of the central services area and adding towers that serve the pilgrims with observance of the Traffic jams.
