PHILOSOPHY
RAW believes that architecture is an attempt towards reaching a level of humanity and sensitivity to the living environment. we are researching for living models and paradigms in order to prevent citites from becoming abondoned dead places in their monotony and lifelessness.
We design for people who use their buildings, an architecture that makes people satisfied, and not just one that can be admired and enjoyed by architects. The architecture should serve society above personal interests and false targets.
RAW has been influenced and exposed to the vernacular architecture, and learning how to solve problems with compact creative solutions. The world is currently dominated by technology and information, so RAW believes that architecture should take advantage of both to create buildings that allow us to be better human beings.
VISION
RAW has always been concerned with the efficiency of every single project and the strong attention to details. Thus our vision is to translate this philosophy into implementation and actual practice. RAW’s bigger vision though is to grow our knowledge and skills by time to be able to build the most suitable environment for the vast majority of the people in this world. We believe that we as architects are to be held responsible for those who live in inhumane conditions.

Inspired modern family home a tree is what can best be described as a family home to mark its roots. With solidity and foundation, it is the heart of the house, as shown in our diagrams. The stem is the basic structure from which spaces emerge.
This house is a prototype for an apartment complex aimed at accommodating young families It is designed to symbolize the tree It continues with its roots in the air.
THE JOURNEY STARTS WITH A WELCOMING ENTRANCE.
The roof of the house leaves you vacant, as if you were living on top of a tree.
It is a 7250 square meter private resort for a Saudi family. It consists of two mansions for the father and the older brother and six villas for the younger brothers. It is an ongoing project in the concept stage.
This is a private resort for a big Saudi family inspired by the traditional architecture of the gulf area. The big family consists of the father, the elder son ‘the owner of the land’ along with his children and brothers. The brief was to create a private resort rather than a group of stacked houses. The challenge was to create a place that fits for three different generations.
The main concept was to design the houses semi attached to each other with courtyards for each to separate them from each other. As the whole land was surrounded by streets from all it’s sides, The design intention was to put the father’s mansion in one end of the land and the elder son t the other.
Villa Al-Shaalan
This building consists of 3 villas for three families, a father and two sons, each with their separate family, with an area of 1330 square meters, located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This villa for one of the sons has a modern and contemporary design.
The main entrance to the group of villas was designed in a distinctive way that connects them to each other from the inside and contains a water pool, trees and a luxurious glass entrance.
Ground Floor Plan
First Floor Plan
A plan showing the details of the building and its divisions in a suitable way for the use of the family.
Villa Al-Duhaim
This building is intended for 4 family members each with its own family, and it contains common areas for all families to use and private ones with a built up area of 1000 square meters and is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The entrance and reception are located in the basement with a modern design with green floor and Balconies at the top.
This is a 4584m2 prototype which is a G + 6 apartment building located in the mega project DISTRICT 5 developed by MARAKEZ. The brief was simply to design a building consisting of apartments and lofts on the four lower floors while the upper floors accommodate apartments and rooftop terraces. The challenge is that there is no typical floor plan in the building, so we had to consider the structure and duct locations in the early stages of the design while filling in the entire function as required.

Equilibrant Hub
Balancing between the mind, the soul, and the body has always been humans’ goal in life. For this special project, it was the same goal that we had to fulfill. This is a prolect that teeds this very purpose. It is simplv an open hub for a aated community. A hub that teeds their minds/souls, as well as their physical entities
The brief was to design a hub and a mosque for one parcel of a big gated community. The program is simply c da oben monsouroose socce. a convenlence siore. c cottee shop, and a mosque. What made it even more interesting is that the designated land plot tor this hub had a huge water tank Underneath and had no building permit on it unless it was a light -steel- structure. So. the proiect mainly faced three mcior challenges which we’d rather name potentials
Located near the residential area. the challenae was to orientate the mosave to the Qibla direction aiven the existina raid column rids. where we chose tour columns diagonally to race the wibla
• Inese columns suppor the inverted dome, in wnich the aluminum golden-plated curtains are hung from, and settled on the concrete slab. he aluminum olden-plated curtains are inspired by the aeometry of the stalactites -attached to the root- and stalaamites -attached to the around- that are naturally formed inside the caves.
The challenges/potentials are, the diversity of the program, the existing water tank, and the structural system which we were obliged to embrace for the project.
Al Madinah Wellspring
The targeted site is located in Al-Medina, Saudi Arabia, next to the Usayfreen Mountains in the southwest of the Prophet Muhammad’s Mosque (Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi) and close to the Hejaz Railway. The area has an organic urban fabric, and Medina is considered the second holiest place in the Islamic world, with a rich history and architectural styles. The project aims to revive the architectural and urban character of Al-Medina in a contemporary way, using historical sites as developmental incentives for residential areas. The target site has several strength points, including the presence of several historical sites within it, such as Ahab Well, Dar Fatimah Hanem, and the Mosque of Al-Manaratayn, as well as several unused open spaces. there are also challenges, such as the lack of architectural identity for the existing buildings in the site, the absence of pedestrian paths, and the unsuitability of street to human scale.
The project is also intended to address the lack of services in the adjacent areas of Al-Usayfreen and Al-Maghaislah and the increasing demand for tourist services in the due to close proximity to Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi. The project aims to relocate existing services to a central location and create a development prototype for the rest of residential areas in Al-Madina.
The project aims to revive the architectural and urban character of Medina in a contemporary way, utilizing historical sites as developmental incentives for the region and creating a model for the rest of the residential areas. The project’s design incorporates three main ideas: humanizing urban areas and creating pedestrian-friendly zones, utilizing historical sites as developmental incentives, and reviving the architectural character of Al-Medina in a contemporary design. movement.
Ramla project is Marakez’s flagship development in north coast. The project is a mixeduse development spread over 400 acres (1,680,000 sqm). project contains from 6 parcels; each parcel has its theme of residential signature villas along with its USP “unique selling points”. Project initial phase contains 8 types of units with total of 13 deferent variations,
The design for all residential prototypes should be approached in a holistic manner, combining all trades within the unit plot; architecture, interior, and landscaping. The intent is to provide a turn-key product (excluding loose furniture) based on an intentional and well-integrated design approach. The design intended feel should come across as soothing, calm, subtle yet elegant displaying simple accents of luxury.
References of interior design directions with emphasis on the continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Outdoor spaces should be thought of as a physical extension to indoor living, interior design elements (flooring, lighting fixtures, expansive glazing etc) should aim to achieve this continuity.
Interior design direction should follow a simple and calm approach responding to the serene and chill vibes of the North Coast. Neutral color palettes should dominate the interior with accents of luxury represented within the use of natural hard wood and the selection of lighting fixtures. We are proud to be the local consultant of the Ramla project from the schematic to the tender and permit package phase for the Architecture

VYE Town Center
The main idea was to create a huge community center. A distinguished center with a strong statement that raises the level of the community it serves. Logo for the VYE community. Starting from there, the inspiration was the huge landmark “Stonehenge” in England. Inspired by its visually powerful statement and radial geometry in which massive pure stones are dispersed. They are all derived from a single center. This concept was a perfect fit for the whole idea and purpose of this project.
Ground Floor Plan
It is a center for VYE people. Functionally, wildly, spiritually and culturally.Implementation of the idea was as simple as treating all activities as separate “pure stones”
C4 Club House is located in IL Monte Galala which spans over 2.24 million m2 to lap a pristine 1.4 km shoreline, the clubhouse is situated on the il Galala Mountains on three plateaus with a total built-up area of 460m2 and an outdoor area of 1683m2 in the middle of the C4 villas at the top height of the mountain.

UAE,2016
The ministry of education in the United Arab Emirates has a vision and named it 2020 plan, where they are ambitious to reach an advanced education level, improve innovative skills and focus on self-learning abilities. To do that, the UAE is trying to implement on monitoring high quality education standards. They apply that by adding new policies, programs and initiatives serving the cause. The government has stated that education in the UAE should focus of several topics which they believe they are lacking, English language, provision of technology, modern techniques of instructions and methodology. What makes this project special than other education projects and schools in particular, are the fabrication labs. A fab lab is a small-scale workshop offering (personal) digital fabrication. It is generally equipped with and array of flexible computer controlled tools that cover several different length scales and various materials, with the aim to make “almost anything”. With the 3d printing technology available now this is a revelation and a leap credited to the education in the UAE..
What makes this project unique from other educational projects and schools in particular, are the manufacturing labs. Fab lab is a small workshop Introducing digital (personalized) fabrication.
They are generally equipped with a set of flexible, computer-controlled tools covering many different length gauges and materials, with the goal of making “almost anything”. With 3D printing technology now available, this is a revolution and a leap It is attributed to education in the United Arab Emirates.
The project’s zoning is simply following series of logical functional requirements, hence the following. The male students cluster and the female student are separate, where the common activities and the fab labs are centered between them. The fab labs reach also for the sports hall and the administrative building, forcing itself as a pivoting and iconic mass in the project.
The administrative building reaches for both the male and female students’ clusters, where it supervises on both, same as the sports hall, where each side has their entrance to fulfill gender privacy. The kindergarten cluster is behind the female student cluster yet the auditorium is behind the male students cluster, it was set that way because it fits more for the kindergarten to be closer to the females than the males’ areas.
Second Floor Plan
Born in 2021, CARMEL is inspired by a small beach city in the golden state California, famous for it’s white sand, small cottages, and a breathtaking scenic road. Being an artisanal boutique RAW was keen to design this restaurant in the most artistic yet functional way.
The design of the reception entrance is luxurious in proportion to the location of the place.
Here is your place to relax with a view of the garden. You can sit with family and friends.
Large modern bathrooms, as well as storage spaces for the gym, protects your privacy, And each safe has a password and the design is very proportional to the place in a modern way.
Almaza Bay Challet
White walls to feel reassured and blue touches that take you in the serenity of the sky and the sea.
Matter Branding
The company has a wealth of working with the best brands, companies and products in the world, so we designed its headquarters in a bright manner that suits its aspirations.
And because we know that the company is one of its priorities to develop its employees and give them time to relax, the place to relax and read had to be designed in a different and modern way that reflects their vision.
Here we used the place to put some storage places and books, and the bathroom door was designed in a different and new way with lines that differentiate between the two places.
