GYM EQUIPMENT

GYM EQUIPMENT Gym Equipment is a set of apparatus or device in use at the time of any voluntary bodily movement to enhance the strength or conditioning effects of that exercise. Providing either fixed or adjustable amounts of resistance or otherwise enhancing the experience or outcome of an exercise routine. Being physically fit entitles you to feel proud of yourself for being healthy and impenetrable of any illness.

DUMBELLS

A Dumbbell is a gymnastic apparatus consisting of two wooden or metal balls connected by a short bar serving as a handle, used as a weight for exercising. Dumbbells can provide the two types of overload that lead to muscle growth: mechanic and metabolic.

BARBELL A Barbell is a piece of exercise equipment used in weight training or also known as an apparatus used in weight-lifting, consisting of a bar with replaceable, disk-shaped weights fastened to the ends. Barbells allow bodybuilders to lift heavier compared to dumbbells. Another advantage of using barbells is that you can work for more muscle groups simultaneously. The weight is evenly distributed, so you have greater stability as you deadlift, bench press, or squat

BAR UP Bar Up is solid steel constructed with non-slip rubber feet and is perfect for dips, handstands, and various other bodyweight exercises. It strengthens the arm and shoulder muscles. The bar is also multi-functional and can be used as an anchor for gym rings, TRX, or resistance bands. Experience the most versatile workout piece for yourself.

BUMPER PLATES SET The Bumper Plate Set consists of Olympic-sized plates (450mm diameter with 50.4mm inserts) made of thick, dense rubber. This allows lifters to drop the weights from overhead without damaging the floor, plates, and bar. They are also quieter when dropped. Bumper plates bounce a little when dropped but not enough to be dangerous.

CHIIN UP BAR A Chin-Up Bar comes into use for a strength training exercise. It can be an excellent option for building strength in both your back muscles and biceps. A chin-up essentially means lifting your body with your strength to the point where your chin is on top of the bar. People frequently do this exercise to strengthen muscles such as the latissimus dorsi and biceps, which extend the shoulder and flex the elbow.

Olympic Fractional Plates Olympic Fractional Plates consist of several weigh plates. They are flat, heavy objects, usually made of cast iron, used in combination with barbells or dumbbells to produce a bar with a desired total weight for physical exercise. They are under 5kg and come in 0.25kg, 0.5kg, 0.75kg, 1kg, 1.25kg and 2.5kg. Traditionally, they were added to the barbell to make exact increases in weight.

Interval Time Interval Time is a training session that includes alternating short bursts (about 30 seconds) of intense activity with longer intervals (about 1 to 2 minutes) of less intense activity. Schedule your sessions with an Interval timer. It can be either of two types: a one-shot type or a rare type. An interval timer takes much of the thinking out of the structure of timekeeping high/low intervals.
