A fun way for kids to build confidence and learn pre-level 1 gymnastics fundamentals. Our All-Star Gymnasts learn basic tumbling skills through progressions designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance. Ballet/Tap Combo 1

An introduction to ballet, tap, and creative movement. The focus is on having fun and giving your child a positive introduction to dance. No experience is necessary. Black tap shoes required and leather ballet shoes recommended. Students can wear any type of comfortable clothing. We recommend you put your child’s initials in their shoes and bring a bag with their ballet shoes inside. Students will start class in their tap shoes. Class has an optional off-site recital for the 8 week class. Costume fee for recital is $45. No class November 11, 24, 25 and 27, 2021. The focus is on having fun and giving your child a positive introduction to dance. No experience is necessary. Leather ballet shoes recommended and any type of comfortable clothing may be worn. Students will learn some of the newest dance styles, jumps and tricks in this high-energy class. These skills will be combined into fun dance combos. Students can wear any type of comfortable clothing (for easy movement) and tennis shoes. Optional off-site recital for 8 week class. $45 costume fee for optional recital. Camp Fit

We provide 30 minutes of vigorous physical activity while teaching the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Classes include: Circuit Training, Cardio, Strength and Endurance Training, Obstacle Courses, Relay Races and Team Building Exercises. Japanese Judo - Intermediate 1

Must have taken prior judo classes and have instructor approval. Learn the basic judo postures and salutations, how to move on the mat, control your opponent, and how to fall safely. Techniques of grappling, locking, choking, escaping, and sequence combinations will be taught. Participants must supply their own Gi. No class on September 6 due to holiday. Japanese Judo - Youth Beginner

Music Stars

TONES of fun! Each music and movement exploration class is filled with songs, integrated with physical movement, dramatic imagination, exploration of instruments such as tambourines, triangles, maracas and rhythm sticks. Our instructors invite children to explore moving, verbal and listening skills. Supply fee: $20 collected by instructor on the first day of class. Santa Workshop

Halloween

Dress up in your spookiest costume and join ghosts and goblins for a safe and fun Halloween experience.
