RESIDENCY VERIFICATION
Proof of Glendale residency is required to obtain the resident rate. IN PERSON: Verification of residency is done using a City of Glendale water bill and a photo ID, or a staff member can verify within our system. ONLINE: Once an account is created, your address will be verified.
• All class cancellations and class transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 calendar days in advance of the class start date. • All class registrations are subject to a $5 cancellation fee per class/program per participant. • Refunds will not be issued for missed classes.
• Cancellation requests due to medical reasons that are not submitted at least 7 days in advance, must provide documentation to receive a pro-rated refund.
