WELCOME TO THE PRESCOTT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
The Prescott Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1910. Soon after, it took on the name of the Yavapai County Chamber of Commerce, but eventually regained its former identity as the Prescott Chamber and has stayed that way ever since. Today, the Chamber is active and providing leadership in many community events, while maintaining its interest in helping businesses succeed.
With over 1,000 Chamber members strong and growing, the Prescott Chamber is ranked No. 9 in the state. The Chamber is a significant asset to the community, offering a wealth of programs and events for the entire community to enjoy and appreciate. The Chamber also runs a comprehensive state designated Visitor Information Center with information about Prescott and the surrounding communities. Over 30,000 come through our front doors annually looking for information about the area, Chamber members and information about other cities around the state.

MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR
Greetings Members, The aim of the Prescott Chamber of Commerce for 2022 was “power through partnerships.” Focusing on key partnerships and leveraging the new innovations experienced during the pandemic allowed us to come back even better by coming back together. We have set the foundation this year by building several key relationships that benefit our members as well as the community in general. Additional membership and community support has been achieved through an incredible success rate for obtaining substantial grants. In addition to the obvious financial benefits of these grants, getting them shows how aligned we are with the broader developmental priorities of the county, state and country.
We know that there are significant challenges being faced by our member businesses, whether relating to supply chain, workforce challenges, administrative hurdles, or something else. As we move into 2023, we see our primary goal as engaging with our member businesses and working with you to identify ways to improve resilience in our community. Reaching out and find ways to support our business community will allow us to double down on what we do as a chamber: help build business resilience in our community.
As your 2023 Chair of the Prescott Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the business community facing many of the challenges you are, I’ll be working sharing knowledge, aligning our efforts and supporting our Chamber staff in order to improve the economic stability of our community.
