Studio Drawing and Pastel Classes

The Phippen Museum offers pastel classes with Don Rantz for both beginner and experienced artists. They are held on Tue. and Wed. from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Continuous enrollment. The museum also offers drawing classes with Neal McEwen on Fridays and intermediate art for homeschoolers. Call the museum for details and to enroll in these classes.

Living History Adventure: Pioneers at the Party

Dress to impress, mind your manners, and get ready to spill the tea! What did social events look like on the Arizona frontier? Pioneers had to be resourceful with entertainment. Explore the Museum’s campus and meet Living History interpreters on the grounds and in historic buildings as they go about their day at the Living History Adventure. See the blacksmith work in a real forge, print something in the print shop, try your hand at crafts and activities, and more! Included with regular admission.

The Sharlot Hall Museum is an open-air heritage site and museum in downtown Prescott. Gardens, exhibits, and historic buildings open Tuesday-Saturday, 10 AM-4 PM, and Sunday, 12 PM-4 PM.
