General Manager’s Letter Board of Directors, Office Staff & Rodeo

Welcome Friends

Jim Dewey Brown, General Manager Welcome to the 135th year of the World’s Oldest Rodeo® , brought to you, our loyal fans, by Prescott Frontier Days® Inc.

With my first WOR as General Manager under my belt, I have strived to bring about some new ideas and goals for Prescott Frontier Days! As you can see we have completely rebuilt the arena and pens with help from our friends at Priefert Manufacturing. This much needed renovation provides our rodeo stock a safer, more comfortable area and our contestants a user friendly environment to compete in.

Another new introduction for this year — Mutton Bustin’! Prescott Frontier Days, Inc. is proud to bring in our youngest competitors (kids 4-7) for three pre-rodeo performances.

After last year’s successful introduction of Women’s Breakaway Roping, we are proud to fully integrate the event with equal prize money and an opportunity for the women of professional rodeo to compete at this great rodeo!

We hope you enjoy your visit to Prescott and the World’s Oldest Rodeo® because without the continued support of our sponsors, volunteers, and fans this rodeo would not survive. Thank ALL of you for your continued support. Here’s to another 135 years with PFD and the WOR!

Let’s Rodeo!

Jim Dewey Brown, General Manager Prescott Frontier Days® Inc.
