WHAT IS YOUR GUEST COUNT CAPACITY? This will depend on several factors, but based on our covered spaces and current table and chair inventory we can host up to 200 people for a seated event in our Pavilion and up to 64 people in our Barrel Room. If you are interested in a larger guest count, please schedule a time to tour our spaces with our Event Coordinator to walk through all your event details. CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN ALCOHOL? Only RayLen wine may be served at your event. Beer may be served after 6pm in keg form only. If you wish to provide beer at your event you must use one of our preferred vendors listed on page 8 of this Guide CAN I USE MY OWN VENDORS? Yes, we welcome the opportunity to work with any vendor you'd like with a couple of exceptions. We do require you to use one of our preferred beer distributors should you wish to have beer. We also require that your caterer be approved by us before booking them. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD? All food must be provided by a licensed caterer. Unfortunately, we cannot allow home cooked food due to health and sanitation regulations. All caterers must be approved by your RayLen Venue Coordinator and must provide a copy of their catering license or certificate of insurance. You can view our list of preferred caterers on page 8 of this Guide. CAN VEHICLES BE LEFT OVERNIGHT? Yes! We want to make sure you and your guests all get home safely, so we do allow cars to be left on property overnight. Just keep in mind that our gates don't typically open until around 10:00am the next day.
DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE RAYLEN WINE FOR MY EVENT? We require one case of wine (12 bottles) per every 50 people in attendance. We offer 20% off cases and when you purchase your first case you will be entered into our Case Club membership for the year. DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES AND CHAIRS? Yes! We have white garden chairs as well as round and rectangle tables available for your event. WHO WILL SET UP THE EVENT SPACE? Our event staff members will be responsible for setting up our tables and chairs, as well as any other RayLen items, such as the barrel bar. You or your vendors will be responsible for the set up of any other rental and décor items.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANUP? RayLen staff will break down all tables and chairs, dispose of all trash bags and perform the final cleaning. You’re required to clean up and collect your décor and personal items. Your caterer or other assigned group of people is responsible for clearing all dishes, food and trash from tables so you can collect table linens. We'll take care of the rest! HOW MUCH TIME DO I GET FOR SETUP AND CLEANUP? Setup and cleanup will take place within your booked rental timeframe. So if you would like a 4 hour event and an hour for setup and cleanup, you will need to book 2 additional hours since our package is designed for a 4 hour rental. CAN MY EVENT BE LONGER THAN 4 HOURS? Yes! Our package was designed for a 4 hour event rental, but you are more than welcome to add additional time to your event. Additional hours will incur an extra fee.

ARE TABLE LINENS INCLUDED? Linens are not included in your rental rate, but we do have a few select options available for rent. DO YOU PROVIDE ANY TABLEWARE (PLATES, UTENSILS, ETC.)? We do not provide any tableware other that wine glasses for you and your guests to use during your event. You can typically rent these items from your caterer or purchase your own. DO WE GET TO KEEP THE PROVIDED WINE GLASSES? You and your guests will get to use our RayLen logo wine glasses during your event at no charge. However, if you would like to take them home after the event, we do charge $2 per glass. They make great party favors! DO YOU REQUIRE EVENT INSURANCE? We require event insurance for events with 100 or more guests. We typically recommend a policy through wedsafe.com. Ask your RayLen Event Coordinator for more info on this matter if it applies to your event.
