“The Abc murders" is a story based on a murder mystery novel of the same name by famous author, Agatha Christie. The story is a mystery thriller of a murderer who is killing people seemingly at random all across England . The first letters of the victim´s surnames and the town they live in are in fact in alphabetical order . Charlotte Tiger (Inspector) has been left clues by the killer in the form of the ABC train guide and a letter informing where the next murder will take place . The Inspector journeys all across the country to each city where the next murder is to take place in an attempt to stop and aprehend the villain . This show has our ¨Joinin!¨ option where students (or teachers) can form part of the cast . As part of this elaborate multimedia ¨Joinin!¨ tale, the actor interacts with specially edited video segments, placing everybody in the middle of the story . For secondary students it is a lot of fun and there is plenty of opportunity inside to interact with the story as it progresses . High levels of improvisation are required of the actor to assure that everyone, (everyone?) Yes, everyone is involved and complicit with the actor and the gags . Together with the inspector they will discover and reveal the identity of the killer .
“The Abc murders" (multimedia de imágenes y video) es una historia de misterios basada en el cuento original de Agatha Christie, La historia trata de un criminal misterioso que asesina a personas por orden alfabético, tanto por su apellido, como por el pueblo en el que viven; dejando variadas pistas para que la protagonista (inspectora llamada Charlotte Tiger) lo pueda descubrir. Las pistas son: la guia ABC de trenes de Inglaterra y las cartas en las que le comunica donde sera su próximo asesinato. La investigadora viajará a cada ciudad donde se cometerá el próximo asesinato, intentando detenerlo y descubrir su identidad . En esta obra, al estilo ¨Joinin!¨ dos alumnos forman parte del elenco de una manera muy sencilla y divertida . En esta elaborada función de Multimedia, se proyectarán distintos videos, cuidadosamente seleccionados y editados con los cuales la actriz interactúa;dando a los alumnos, la sensación de que ella se mete dentro de la pantalla en la historia . Es una obra muy divertida para los alumnos de secundario, ya que existe mucha interacción, altos niveles de improvisación y una complicidad muy cómica y relajada entre la actriz y el público . Junto a ella descubrirán quien ha sido el asesino .

They are the perfect combination of a storytelling session, a solo show and a musical theatre play . In our Multimedia shows, images from childrens stories and/or videos are projected onto a screen for the actors to interact with . These elements along with songs and props not only make the performance more magical and enjoyable but contribute towards a greater comprehension of the play .
We choose to work with small groups of students because we wish every child to feel confident enough to participate . Most importantly we want to make sure that they all understand the language . The performer´s improvisational skills and the special connection that they create with the audience constitute an essential element in all of our plays . The art design of these shows include: period scenery, costumes, stage lighting, props and photos of the student cast are included into the multimedia aspect of the show.
