Our in-house designers will work on your custom designs.

You'll receive your proof, if requested, via email in less than a week.

Once your proof is approved, production begins.

Production time is approximately 5-7 business days, but varies based on orders in-house.

Your designs will be kept on file, so re-orders can be produced quickly.

TERMS & POLICIES

Most of our products are printed on 100% FSC certified paper (the rating for the most environmentally friendly papers). We print and assemble all items in the USA, using mostly local vendors.

All opening orders are credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Orders are charged upon receipt. Established customers with a proven payment history may qualify for Net 30 terms.

PROOFS DELIVERY & SHIPPING

BACK ORDERS

Our in-house designers will work on your custom designs and send a complimentary proof, upon request, via email in less than a week after order received. One change with an additional proof is included. Any additional changes will be charged at $10 each. Orders that require a proof will ship separately, if there are other products on the order.

Turnaround time is typically 5-7 business days, Products go to print after proof approval. During trade show season, shipping times may vary. Most items are shipped from Dallas, TX via UPS service (Shipping costs up to 10% of order).

Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified that these items will ship separately and once the item is back in stock it will ship out immediately unless otherwise noted.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS RETURNS

All custom orders are designed and printed especially for each customer. Therefore, a fee of $25 will be charged for each product (as well as $15 for each additional product thereafter) that is cancelled if a proof has already been sent. Contact us ASAP via phone or email to orders@rosannebeck.com.

All orders are produced at the customer's request. We only accept returns in the event of defective stock or shipping error. In this case, we must be notified within 5 working days of receipt. A return authorization will be produced. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
