"In a sense, colours, gems and tattoos were the NFTs of the ancient world. Today, NFT projects are like digital tattoos. They can signify uniqueness and therefore, identity within a group. This is harder to obtain through other methods."

Since NFTs are unique blockchain tokens, they also have attributes such as transparency. Because of this transparency, we can trace the ownership of NFTs from one owner to the other, which affects the value of a NFT. This feature opens up many more possibilities for NFTs. It is a future possibility that such tokens will form new architectures, such as a new form of identity. Passports are a typical form of identity in modern society based on traditional identification methods containing basic personal information. However, they're imitable, with their portability and efficiency still lacking. There is also a category of blockchain tokens known as Soulbound Tokens (SBTs), which are publicly verifiable and non-transferable. Identity today is also becoming a more fluid concept, where people want to express themselves better. NFTs could have an important role to play in this area. Pur group would like to exploit the properties of the NFTs to explore the potential of both, fluid and permanent identities. For example, in the context of NFT, this could be a starting point in addressing and discussing issues such as appearance anxiety and identity that exist in real life and possible future outcomes to reduce that in the future. We want to demonstrate the unrestricted enjoyment of new types of identity based on digital technology tools.
