Together We Can has announced that their annual fundraising gala, the Way Cool Wellness Telethon held in November, has raised more than $175,000 with the help of community. Funds will go toward addiction recovery services, continuing education and free family support and education groups.
Founded in 1993, Together We Can Addiction Recovery & Education Society has become a leading treatment centre for men.
Located in Renfrew-Collingwood, TWC’s mission is to educate and support men and families who struggle with the challenges of substance misuse and who desire a new life in recovery.
TWC provides over 300 men with abstinence-based recovery programs and supportive housing opportunities in a therapeutic residential setting. Their addiction recovery programs, transitional housing and aftercare initiatives provide residents with an integrated approach to rehabilitation.
